Most people either loved going to the dentist as a kid—or absolutely hated it. Where did you fall? How come?
I hated going to the dentist; specifically the orthodontist. I thought I'd never be able to get a date with the lead singer of the band I was obsessed with at the time because of my braces.
What’s something your patients might be surprised to learn about you?
I used to longboard! I love surfing so I picked up longboarding to get my fix in between trips to the beach!
How do you recharge after a long week? What’s your go-to activity for hitting the restart button?
A concert! Nothing like getting energized by dancing to some good tunes with a fun crowd!
What dental stereotype are you most passionate about changing?
Root canals are not actually as bad as Finding Nemo depicts them to be!
In another life, if you weren’t working in dentistry, what would you be doing?
Marine biologist! I'd be the Steve Irwin of the seven seas.

Being with my friends, doing anything. They're the best people I know.
