Most people either loved going to the dentist as a kid—or absolutely hated it. Where did you fall? How come?
I loved going to the dentist. My favorite feeling as a kid was (and still is) clean teeth. The video games in the waiting room definitely helped, too!
What’s the most rewarding part of your job?
When a member leaves feeling great about themselves, regardless of whether they came in for a cleaning or ten cavities. In addition to being your provider, I am here to be your cheerleader for your oral health care!
What’s something your patients might be surprised to learn about you?
I own and ride a motorcycle
How do you recharge after a long week? What’s your go-to activity for hitting the restart button?
Hitting the gym and cleaning my apartment. When my space is clean, my mind is clear.
What is the absolute coolest thing about the human mouth?
The mouth is one of the fastest healing parts of the body - saliva has proteins that promote healing!
In another life, if you weren’t working in dentistry, what would you be doing?
I would be an obstetrician.
