WOW! You guys. I can't say enough positive things about this dentist office. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile. Every staff member was fantastic...Fantastic place. I'd give it ten stars if i could.

For the entire team (front desk, hygienist, doctor) to take the time to explain every little bit and confirm with me at every sign post if I had any questions went a long way. I appreciate their humility with which they approached their profession that enabled me to understand my health more.

My hygienist...was extremely friendly and very thorough. She talked through everything she was doing-- best cleaning I've had in a while. Dentist asked a lot of questions and though I didn't have any major issues I felt she was a good listener and would be happy to go back here if I had any dental issues.

Because of my absolute hatred of the dentist, it had admittedly been a few years since I’d had a cleaning and they found a decent number of cavities they will have to fill but they were so nice and chill about the whole thing and didn’t make me feel embarrassed about the number of fillings I was going to need to get.

As a person who genuinely dreads the dentist, I'm so thrilled to have found tend. The staff is great at easing anxiety, and didn't make me feel judged at all. Gorgeous, clean space, basically zero wait time, and the option to watch a show with noise cancelling headphones during the cleaning was absolutely amazing. thank you!

All of the dental hygienists & dentists were genuinely good people & workers there at Tend Chelsea. They told me what’s covered by my insurance ahead of time & they let me know what was wrong with my teeth if there was anything wrong with them. The teeth cleaning was thorough & efficient.

From start to finish, I was given fantastic care from the dental team. Everything was explained during each process. This first cleaning I received in 5 years that was not painful. I appreciate that the most.

[My hygienist] really cared about my teeth and took the extra mile to properly clean it, take pictures, explain to them, answer my questions, and give me suggestions. I would usually be at the dentist for about 20-40 minutes at most, but I spent over an hour with her, and honestly, I think she did a 5-star job.

[My hygienists was] amazing. I used to have bad experience[s] with dental cleaning[s] due to some level of pain. But [she] handled it with extreme care.

The whole process was painless and being upfront with the billing is so helpful! I hate how most offices have you guessing how much treatments cost. Best part my insurance covered the visit in full! No copay! I actually can’t wait for my next visit!

I went in for a regular checkup and the whole process was a breeze. They accepted my insurance and told me their costs prior to my appointment.

I booked my appointment online, put in my insurance info and found out how much I would have to pay for a cleaning (free!)... Then they went over my treatment plan and cost for getting my cavity filled (also free). 

 I was taken in right on time, the studio was beautiful, and I loved their transparency with showing me my X-Rays and walking me through the cost of the treatments needed.

They also had contactless payment, and let me know up front that there would be no cost associated with my visit based on my insurance. I’ll definitely be back! This is how all dentists should be!

Pricing was transparent, getting them to find my insurance plan was easy.

It's a bonus that despite the swanky feel of the office and the really thoughtful service, they don't try to upsell you and the prices for out-of-pocket expenses are reasonable and discussed upfront.

I had a really nice experience at Tend - from a comprehensive scheduling process, to them running my insurance ahead of time so I knew exactly what was covered, to a great cleaning and quick dentist visit. When the dentist suggested a nightguard I was immediately told what my insurance would cover for that, so I could make my decision with all of the facts. Very happy with my experience.

From the time I walked in to the time I walked out, a class act! II thought it was going to be really expensive and someone hovering over me just ringing up the cash register. This was not the case. If you don't need it, they won't push it on you, however, they give you the option and pricing up front. 

One of my favorite parts at the end of the visit was after the dentist gave me his recos his staff showed me on the screen what my next few visits would cost me out of pocket and what my insurance would be covering. This is what visiting the dentist should be like.

Most importantly, when it came to finances, there weren't any surprises. The dentist recommended a custom night guard and before she did anything she had someone come in to tell me what my insurance covered and how much I would be paying if I decided to proceed. No one was pushy about extra services. Just a good vibe.

Wonderful dental experience. Friendly and professional staff from the time you enter the front door. No judgment at all about my dental health. The place is spotless.

When I came in, the team was so gentle with my cleaning and I never felt judged. I didnt get flossed shamed and when it came time to review my teeth, [the dentist] took the time to show me my xrays, where my cavity was (no dentist has ever done this for me) which I really appreciated.

First dental appointment in YEARS: Bright calming studio space. Every single person I encountered was the picture of courtesy and helpfulness- not one ounce of guilt or judgement. 

This was seriously the best experience ever. Everyone is so incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. I received fantastic care in a clean and welcoming environment. Amazing amenities too - I watched The Office on Netflix after using a heated eye mask. I was so comfy I fell asleep. I can't wait to come back.

I must say this is like going to the spa. The staff is incredible from the host to the technicians to the doctors; everyone is warm, fun, smart, diligent, and professional while still creating a comfortable and enjoyable experience...I truly enjoy every visit and already am looking forward to my next cleaning (who says that?!)

I’ve always had serious dental issues and anxiety, Tend takes care of you and your needs with a lot of TLC and caring and patient licensed professionals.

The appointment was not rushed at all which is rare in NYC. I highly recommend Tend and can't wait to go back (who thought I'd be excited for the dentist???)!

I must say I will rate my experience from the moment I walked in to the moment I left a 10/10. The space is beautiful, you feel extremely comfortable and at ease, it is super clean, the staff is beyond nice.
