We believe in transparency. Sometimes, your final bill may differ from your initial quote. You may even carry a balance, despite insurance coverage.
There are several reasons for this. Insurance plans don't always offer full coverage, which means co-pays and deductibles may still apply. Additionally, if your plan has changed or if your insurer has updated its coverage, you may have a balance due.

If you have a question about your bill or how to access it, we're here to help!
Go to https://pay.hellotend.com/ and enter your Bill ID and date of birth. If you don’t know your Bill ID, click “Find Your Account” and follow the instructions for the next steps. Additionally, if you received a bill notification via text message and/or email, clicking on the link in the message takes you to your account.
Your Bill ID is a 12-digit number listed at the top of bill notifications sent via text and/or email.
Tend accepts multiple payment options, including HSA cards, credit/debit cards, electronic check payment (ACH), Apple Pay, Google Pay, checks and money orders. Do not send cash by mail.
Sometimes, there is a slight delay between your visit and when the bill is posted to your account. We will alert you when your bill is ready via text message and/or email, depending on your notification preferences.
Visit https://pay.hellotend.com/ to:
- Set up a custom payment plan by selecting the payment frequency, duration and date of first payment.
- Make a partial payment by entering the amount that you wish to pay today. Note: You are still responsible for paying the total balance by the payment due date.
