I had the greatest experience at Tend this afternoon. I generally am quite anxious about any sort of dental experience, but from the moment I stepped foot in the office I felt welcome and at ease.
I must say this is like going to the spa. The staff is incredible from the host to the technicians to the doctors; everyone is warm, fun, smart, diligent, and professional while still creating a comfortable and enjoyable experience...I truly enjoy every visit and already am looking forward to my next cleaning (who says that?!)
Thank goodness for Milana @ Wall St location. The Dentist is not my favorite place and my anxiety is pretty high each time I visit but Milana’s energy was very calming upon arrival. Can’t say enough positive things. Appointments were readily available to see me for an emergency visit, checkin was seamless and the host was super nice. In the treatment room the team showed excellent care and compassion and stayed a little longer to help me knowing my schedule was tight and I was leaving NY for two weeks. Can’t imagine this is regular service but super appreciated. Love the service and access to the care, the team were professional and super kind, and the facility (I’ve visited several locations) is/are super impressive. Not the old school dentist. This is the evolution of care. Great job Tend!

The best experience ever. I’ve been pretty apprehensive about trying other dentists as my dentist of many years does not offer time based on my availability. However the staff at Tend Capitol Hill completely changed that for me. From the beginning to end ,the experience was exceptional. The front desk staff person was very nice upon entering and even took additional time to assist me at checkout. My hygienist, Damien was so kind, gentle and explained everything to me. My last visit was perfection!
Great facility, all the stuff I love about Tend + the friendliest staff out of the three offices I've gone to. The receptionist today was super helpful and patient while I was figuring out my cards and took the time to walk me through a number of options for my root canal. Really appreciated her, the hygienist, and the doctor I saw.

I have been going to Tend Navy Yard since 2021. They set me up with an incredible treatment plan that has allowed me to progress through all the procedures that I needed. My latest treatment earlier this year with Dr. Cevallos and Alexa was perfect. The care and attention to detail made all the difference. I recently joined as a new patient. I got a cleaning, and then a few fillings shortly thereafter. My experiences have been amazing. The staff are very friendly and welcoming yet also professional, you get to watch TV while they're doing the work, the office is very modern and elegant, and I especially felt welcomed as a queer person. After my son accidentally lost his two front teeth, the emergency room was of no help, and a specialist within the hospital network had inconvenient hours. The best part was definitely the cleaning process, where my dental hygienist...was able to remove all the build-up on my teeth that had accumulated over a long period of time meanwhile minimizing the pain. She was so friendly and took the time to clearly explain the results of her examination...She was all-around skilled and professional and so kind.
I visited Tend Midtown on an emergency basis today and had a lot of reservations because horrible past experiences with dentists. I was blown away at how friendly and accommodating everyone was. Let me start off by saying the facility and equipment are nest level. I was greeted by Sidney who automatically made me feel better. Janelle was a Godsend. Her calming demeanor and professionalism are the reasons I will return. She completly eased my anxiety! Lisa explained everything regarding my condition and the treatment plan. It's a bonus that despite the swanky feel of the office and the really thoughtful service, they don't try to upsell you and the prices for out-of-pocket expenses are reasonable and discussed upfront.

The office manager Kim assured me that I was in good hands with her team and Dr. The reception area and office are exclusively high class and in impeccable condition. [My hygienist] really cared about my teeth and took the extra mile to properly clean it, take pictures, explain to them, answer my questions, and give me suggestions. We recommend coming in for a cleaning and checkup every six months, which is the standard for most patients. These regular visits help us catch small issues—like early signs of decay or gum disease—before they become more serious or expensive to treat.
However, some patients may need to come in more frequently, especially if they have a history of gum disease, wear orthodontic appliances like aligners, or are more prone to plaque buildup. Your dentist will work with you to create a personalized care plan based on your needs, so you’re always getting the right level of care at the right time.

Call us at 212-257-3455. Just make sure to do so more than 48 hours before your appointment time. If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours in advance, we’ll have to charge you a $50 fee. If you don’t make it at all, we’ll have to charge you a $100 fee. This is because we reserved that time specifically for you, and our appointments are in high demand.
