I can't say enough great things about my experience at Tend Post Office Square. Their whole team - from administration/management to the dental staff - truly care and have been so accommodating throughout my entire treatment plan (Invisalign and veneers). The dental team is highly competent and was very thorough at each visit. They really are the best, 10/10 recommend this office to everyone.

Amazing staff. Super clean office. Xrays have never been easier and the transparency of my care is the absolute best! Tend makes me look forward to going to the dentist.

I went to tend for a cleaning for the first time recently and they did an excellent job. My hygienist, Gabby, was very friendly and accommodating. She was very gentle with my teeth and made sure to check in throughout the cleaning to see if I was experiencing any sensitivity or pain. They also handled my insurance very well and informed me of the cost breakdown ahead of time. Overall I am very happy with the service I received and the price that I paid

Such a great experience getting my wisdom teeth removed. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and took very good care of me. Dr Elhag went above and beyond to calm my nerves, explained everything thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Her gentle approach and attention to detail truly made a world of a difference! She is the BEST!!! Highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for top-tier care from a truly exceptional dentist!

From The warm and friendly greeting at the door, to the Cleanliness of the facility, to the professionalism and warmth of the staff… Could not ask for more! Everything was explained in detail, from insurance to Out-of-pocket costs, everything was open and honest. I felt my service was extremely detailed and well executed.

I enjoyed my visit at Tend today. The facility was nicely designed and the staff were friendly. I was impressed with my care and the information I was given and how timely my service was. I’d definitely recommend Tend to everyone if you are within network with your insurance!

I’ve been to two cleanings with Tend and my experience each time has been wonderful! Everyone has been pleasant at each visit.The brushing room and complimentary toothbrush/toothpaste/floss pack are a nice touch. And my dental hygienist, Gabby, is so personable! She does a great job cleaning my teeth, has good suggestions for products and oral care routine, she’s very engaging and is overall lovely!

I had a great experience! I Came here for a cleaning/ general checkup. Doctor was very thorough and went through X-rays with me and answered all my questions. And the hygienist i had did an excellent job. He was super thoughtful and left my teeth sparkly clean without hurting me. And the office itself is adorable, it’s very clean and well decorated. Overall it was a great experience and I will be returning!

Great experience! Very friendly and professional service. I went in for a regular checkup and the whole process was a breeze. They accepted my insurance and told me their costs prior to my appointment. They were punctual and didn't make me wait in the lobby at all. You get to watch Netflix during your appointment. The office was very clean and modern as well. Best dentist experience I've ever had!

As always, I received impeccable service and care at Tend Metro Center. The front desk staff, the lead hygienist, Tameka, and Dr. Tunji are always kind, accommodating and most importantly, competent. I just finished my Invisalign journey and my teeth are literally perfect. They were patient with me throughout the year-long process and I am overwhelmingly satisfied with the results.

This was my second time visiting and both times I experienced EXCEPTIONAL service. I did not wait more than 60 seconds to be taken tot the exam room. The hygienist was amazing and gentle. The office is modern and very clean. The receptionists are always pleasant and welcoming. I will definitely be a regular. Anddddd they used my preferred name.

Felt so at ease and comfortable at this location. Everyone treated me incredibly well and with patience and ensured I didn’t feel any pain and was watching my favorite show on Netflix!

Now y'all gon see this review and think I'm lying. This has been the absolute best dental office and visit I have had. My hygienist Sierra was SO sweet and I had THE most painless and thorough cleaning I have ever had. They listened, they gave feedback, they let me watch 90 Day Fiancé during my gingivitis cleaning and gave me cute sunglasses to do so. They gave me a free toothbrush, toothpaste AND pouch and they have a cute area you can brush before your appointment if you’re coming from work like I was. No one made me feel embarrassed, no one made me feel less than, I was treated kindly and with dignity. Sierra continuously checked on with me and regularly reassured me I was doing well.

So, I am really into posh looking stuff, so aesthetically this place is leagues above what I’m used to from dentists. But to be honest, I fully expected the staff to be less than ideal. It was the exact opposite; from the front desk to the back, everyone is really polished (ba dum, tish), knowledge and caring. Every client, including myself are made to feel at home and just have a peaceful vibe about us when we leave. I’m usually an unnecessarily blunt person, and I couldn’t have more good things to say about Tend - East Nashville. If you’re looking for a dentist that will provide clear and informative recommendations, then I present you with Tend. So far, 11/10

Best dental office experience I have ever had. HANDS DOWN. They have top of the line tech which made everything such a smooth experience, but mostly the staff goes above and beyond to be helpful and kind—from the front desk associate to the dentist all around great treatment. My dental hygienist, Kim was so attentive and you can tell he truly cares about his job. He went above and beyond to make sure my concerns were addressed even though I arrived a little late (someone give him a raise ASAP!!) Did not feel like they were pushy with any treatments that I may not need like other dentists. Truly will be a client for life.

I have never had a more pleasant and efficient visit to the Dentist. All of the staff, from the front desk team to the hygienists, are so warm and helpful. Lastly, Dr. Zahra Showkatian is the kindest and most considerate Dentist I have ever had. I feel so fortunate to receive care at Tend Capitol Hill.

Amazing staff. My Mom had a dental emergency. They got her right in and out in no time. Top notch medical facility.

Tend walked me through all my teeth, literally one by one ;) they gave me a complete update. They gave my options of what I can do and what I needed to do: At the end they had a full Plan turned around within minutes to match what I agreed to get done. First dental appointment in YEARS: Bright calming studio space. Every single person I encountered was the picture of courtesy and helpfulness- not one ounce of guilt or judgement.

Just finished having major work done. Incredible job by Dr Kim and the Tend-Ballston staff. They addressed dental problems I had ignored for a decade. I had 3 crowns installed on the left and a major bridge on the right. No pain, a great outcome, and all done in 2 visits. I highly recommend Tend and Dr Kim. It’s how dentistry should be in the 21st century.

I had a really nice experience at Tend - from a comprehensive scheduling process, to them running my insurance ahead of time so I knew exactly what was covered, to a great cleaning and quick dentist visit. When the dentist suggested a nightguard I was immediately told what my insurance would cover for that, so I could make my decision with all of the facts. Very happy with my experience.

The doctor was very informative and the staff was very nice. I was seen at my appointment time and I was in and out in less than 45 min.

I had a great experience here. Clean, modern office. Nice hygienist and dentist. Straightforward billing and no shadiness. Considering I hadn't been to the dentist in years because of a traumatic and shady experience at a dentist in Manhattan some time ago, this was such a nice change. Highly recommend! The app is super convenient, too.

Wonderful experience at Tend Rockefeller. The staff members are friendly, the facility is super clean and modern, and my dentist Dr. Vana B is amazing. She explains the procedures very thoroughly and she is attentive. Excellent work. Dental assistant Rosa ensured I was comfortable and well-cared for throughout my appointment. I’d recommend this location.

My experience was wonderful. Staff and dentists are all warm, caring, and nonjudgmental. I had questions regarding billing, but they addressed it professionally and quickly, which made me feel like they genuinely care about their patients. (Their customer care along with their dentists and oral surgeons are all so professional, caring and attentive!) I need a lot of work done, and I will definitely be turning to them for extensive dental work and regular cleanings in the future. Thank you, Tend! I’m very grateful.

I must say I will rate my experience from the moment I walked in to the moment I left a 10/10. The space is beautiful, you feel extremely comfortable and at ease, it is super clean, the staff is beyond nice.
