Dr. Narain Paryani
Originally from Toronto, Dr. Paryani discovered his passion for dentistry through a love of both science and working with his hands—but it was the opportunity to help people that truly drew him in. He describes dentistry as “a rewarding mix of art, science, and connection,” and it’s that personal connection that shapes the care he provides every day.
Dr. Paryani believes great dentistry starts with trust. All of the dental hygienists & dentists were genuinely good people & workers there at Tend Chelsea. They told me what’s covered by my insurance ahead of time & they let me know what was wrong with my teeth if there was anything wrong with them. The teeth cleaning was thorough & efficient.

Best dental office experience I have ever had. HANDS DOWN. They have top of the line tech which made everything such a smooth experience, but mostly the staff goes above and beyond to be helpful and kind—from the front desk associate to the dentist all around great treatment. My dental hygienist, Kim was so attentive and you can tell he truly cares about his job. He went above and beyond to make sure my concerns were addressed even though I arrived a little late (someone give him a raise ASAP!!) Did not feel like they were pushy with any treatments that I may not need like other dentists. Truly will be a client for life.

Great facility, all the stuff I love about Tend + the friendliest staff out of the three offices I've gone to. The receptionist today was super helpful and patient while I was figuring out my cards and took the time to walk me through a number of options for my root canal. Really appreciated her, the hygienist, and the doctor I saw.
I had my doubts about a boutique dentist but tend surpassed my expectations! The service was great! My hygienist was friendly and gentle and explained everything clearly every step of the way. I am actually a little apprehensive of the dentist and was nervous from the moment I walked through the door. But my hygienist was calm and talked me through what they would be working on that day. I got my exam and cleaning. Midway through my dentist came in to explain my X-rays and the plan I would be on for the next couple visits. Once the cleaning was over I met with someone who explained my plan in detail and how I can edit my plan at anytime to fit my schedule or financial needs. I’m thrilled by my experience.
I love Tend! The office is beautiful and clean. My appointments are always on time and easy to book online. Lena’s cleaning today was the gentlest I’ve ever had. Watching TV during the appointment is relaxing. This makes going to the dentist enjoyable.

The best part was definitely the cleaning process, where my dental hygienist...was able to remove all the build-up on my teeth that had accumulated over a long period of time meanwhile minimizing the pain. From the time I walked in to the time I walked out, a class act! II thought it was going to be really expensive and someone hovering over me just ringing up the cash register. This was not the case. Call us at 212-257-3455. Just make sure to do so more than 48 hours before your appointment time. If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours in advance, we’ll have to charge you a $50 fee. If you don’t make it at all, we’ll have to charge you a $100 fee. This is because we reserved that time specifically for you, and our appointments are in high demand.
