My husband and I both had appointments at Tend, and our experience was fantastic. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly pleasant, especially my dental hygienist, Brittni. She was so kind and took the time to explain every step. I had my 3-year-old daughter with me for part of the appointment, and Brittni was wonderfully accommodating to her as well. Overall, it was an outstanding experience at Tend, and we're looking forward to our next visit.
All of the staff at the Mosaic office were all so wonderful. They made sure I was comfortable and understand every step of the whitening process. I was their last client of the day and yet the hygienists offered me extra time to ensure I was satisfied with my results. Highly recommend Tend for any dental needs!
So, I am really into posh looking stuff, so aesthetically this place is leagues above what I’m used to from dentists. But to be honest, I fully expected the staff to be less than ideal. It was the exact opposite; from the front desk to the back, everyone is really polished (ba dum, tish), knowledge and caring. Every client, including myself are made to feel at home and just have a peaceful vibe about us when we leave. I’m usually an unnecessarily blunt person, and I couldn’t have more good things to say about Tend - East Nashville. If you’re looking for a dentist that will provide clear and informative recommendations, then I present you with Tend. So far, 11/10

My visit to Golden Triangle was just as amazing and comfortable as my experiences at other Tend locations. From The warm and friendly greeting at the door, to the Cleanliness of the facility, to the professionalism and warmth of the staff… Could not ask for more! Great facility, all the stuff I love about Tend + the friendliest staff out of the three offices I've gone to. The receptionist today was super helpful and patient while I was figuring out my cards and took the time to walk me through a number of options for my root canal. Really appreciated her, the hygienist, and the doctor I saw.
They also had contactless payment, and let me know up front that there would be no cost associated with my visit based on my insurance. I’ll definitely be back! This is how all dentists should be!
By far the best dental experience I've ever had! Everyone was friendly. The location was very clean. The staff was very informative and was able to answer any questions I had. The only issue I had was that it took an abnormally long time to verify my insurance coverage.
I had a great experience here. Clean, modern office. Nice hygienist and dentist. Straightforward billing and no shadiness. Considering I hadn't been to the dentist in years because of a traumatic and shady experience at a dentist in Manhattan some time ago, this was such a nice change. Highly recommend! The staff here at Navy Yard are the best!!! Dr. Turkson, Dr. Showkatian and Roxy made me feel so comfortable once again. Im ine to be petrified of the dentist the sounds make me out of control. I use to pass out after leaving the any dental office. Since I've been coming to Tend...hasn't happened any more. There expertise in what they do made my nervousness go away. First visit at TEND Navy Yard and I was blown away from the experience. You’re greeted on site by a friendly receptionist and met with a beautiful modern lounge. You receive a gift for your inaugural visit which was a nice surprise and there’s an app to follow appointments and visit notes. In closing, I was sent to the back in a timely manner by 9:30a which was my appointment, the monitor screen was very personal and welcoming. The orthodontist was extremely friendly and answered all my questions, I look forward to my next visit. I found my new home.
I am never leaving Tend. They make you feel comfortable, heard, and I’ve never had such a great experience at a dental office. I had 2 cavities filled and didn’t feel even feel a pinch when given the novocaine. 5 stars to the entire staff 😁

To book an appointment for a child, please call us directly instead of using online booking. This helps us make sure we schedule the right type of visit with the right provider. Our team will walk you through everything and answer any questions you may have.
Call us at 212-257-3455. Just make sure to do so more than 48 hours before your appointment time. If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours in advance, we’ll have to charge you a $50 fee. If you don’t make it at all, we’ll have to charge you a $100 fee. This is because we reserved that time specifically for you, and our appointments are in high demand.
