Tend Capitol Hill

The best experience ever. I’ve been pretty apprehensive about trying other dentists as my dentist of many years does not offer time based on my availability. However the staff at Tend Capitol Hill completely changed that for me. From the beginning to end ,the experience was exceptional. The front desk staff person was very nice upon entering and even took additional time to assist me at checkout. My hygienist, Damien was so kind, gentle and explained everything to me. My last visit was perfection!

This was truly the best experience I had at a dental office. After all of the many years of dental work I received. The office manager Kim assured me that I was in good hands with her team and Dr. The reception area and office are exclusively high class and in impeccable condition. Chelsea was a doll as she greeted all guests with a little kit to freshen up. Nia was caring and attentive while assisting the doctor with all my concerns. Dr. G was amazing and addressed all my concerns. Her plan was reassuring, and I left feeling great about the next steps and can't wait for my next appointment. This is an AMAZING team. High-class and exceptionally caring team! You are in good hands here!

I have never had a more pleasant and efficient visit to the Dentist. All of the staff, from the front desk team to the hygienists, are so warm and helpful. Lastly, Dr. Zahra Showkatian is the kindest and most considerate Dentist I have ever had. I feel so fortunate to receive care at Tend Capitol Hill.

Can I say, I’ve been to a bunch of dental offices and the Tend location on Capitol Hill is the best place. I’m sure the other tend offices are amazing as well but this was the only location I’ve been too and the front desk, hygienists and dentists are so kind and considerate. They always ask if I feel any pain or ask if I’d like to turn the channel to any particular show I’d like to watch while I get my cleaning. The tools they use are top of line and I have never had any issues with them working with my health insurance. I have Delta Dental and I’ve never needed to do any extra work to resolve any coding issues like I had to do in Hawaii and some offices in the DMV. When coming to see my family after the holidays I literally scheduled an appointment to see them. I now only trust them to work on my teeth. I had prior issues in the past with dental offices not related to Tend on Maple Lawn where I found that they were doing unnecessary fillings and went to this office the first time and they showed me my X-ray and said I didn’t need the fillings.

I get very nervous going to the dentist but I was completely at ease here. The hygenist and dentist were extremely knowledgeable and thorough. The appointment was not rushed at all which is rare in NYC. I highly recommend Tend and can't wait to go back (who thought I'd be excited for the dentist???)!

I’ve been going to Tend for about a year now, they’re absolutely wonderful. There’s never any wait, they take you right at your appointment time. My hygienist was Christine and she was amazing. She educated me on some things, was very friendly, very gentle with the cleaning because I have very sensitive teeth. They never push anything on you and they’re very thorough with their cleanings. It’s also a very clean environment which you definitely want! I’d highly recommend!

Staff is very professional, caring and knowledgeable. They have late hours that accommodates. I felt valued and they listened to all of my concerns. I would recommend this facility to all who want a modern professional place for all their dental care needs.

Lately I’ve felt like true hospitality is lacking in Atlanta, but Tend always makes me feel at home. Staff at tend is friendly, attentive, and professional. I’ve never really had to wait long once I arrive for my appointment, and punctually for me it’s important. I’ve had a couple of different hygienists and they’ve both been awesome. Last week, I was seen by a new doctor and he made me feel like he had been seeing me for years. I would name him but I can’t remember his name. The aesthetic at Tend is also really chill, while still feeling like you’re at the dentist. Modern and young, but still with homage to your classic dentist’s office. I love being able to watch a show during my cleanings. The only time I’ve had an inconvenience was when a hygienist called out sick and my appointment got rescheduled, but they’re open on Saturday so it wasn’t the end of the world (and people get sick). So glad they accept my insurance and I definitely recommend this place if it’s available to you!

The office is a clean, modern aesthetic that makes you feel relaxed. Staff are super friendly, cleaning process felt smooth. Everyone is transparent with procedures and don’t shame you for your health. I look forward to future visits with them.

I go to Tend in DC and honestly, it’s been the best dental experience I’ve had. Everyone there is super friendly and the whole place feels clean, modern, and calming. Dr. Soni is wonderful. She’s incredibly kind, gentle, and professional. I felt really taken care of, and she explained everything clearly without rushing. If you’re in DC and looking for a dentist who actually makes you feel comfortable, I’d definitely recommend Tend!

The staff are so kind. The doctors take the time to talk to you and explain things clearly as well present options to you to make you feel comfortable. I don’t like the dentist’s in general and I enjoy going to TEND every time. 10/10 would recommend to everyone!

My hygienist...was sooooo awesome and sweet! Loved the attention and care that went into this visit. She was very attentive to my concerns and eased any anxiety I had!

Felt so at ease and comfortable at this location. Everyone treated me incredibly well and with patience and ensured I didn’t feel any pain and was watching my favorite show on Netflix!

Can’t say enough positive things. Appointments were readily available to see me for an emergency visit, checkin was seamless and the host was super nice. In the treatment room the team showed excellent care and compassion and stayed a little longer to help me knowing my schedule was tight and I was leaving NY for two weeks. Can’t imagine this is regular service but super appreciated. Love the service and access to the care, the team were professional and super kind, and the facility (I’ve visited several locations) is/are super impressive. Not the old school dentist. This is the evolution of care. Great job Tend!

Thank goodness for Milana @ Wall St location. The Dentist is not my favorite place and my anxiety is pretty high each time I visit but Milana’s energy was very calming upon arrival. She was thoughtful about making sure I was comfortable, which made for a very pleasant visit. Thank you Milana! You have great energy 🧘🏻‍♀️

My visit to Golden Triangle was just as amazing and comfortable as my experiences at other Tend locations. Dr. Sukys and his assistant, Ariel, along with Kourtni at the welcome desk, made my root canal surgery completely painless and stress-free from start to finish. They were all so friendly, efficient, and caring. I’m so happy to have finally taken care of my two teeth in such great hands! Thank YOU all!

Absolutely love this dentist. Every time I’ve been, the hygienist has been spectacular and so nice and fun. They’re not pushy, take time to explain things I’ve treatments are needed, and are efficient in their operations. Oh and also the place is really clean and modern, which is a total plus. Highly recommend!

Great experience! Very friendly and professional service. I went in for a regular checkup and the whole process was a breeze. They accepted my insurance and told me their costs prior to my appointment. They were punctual and didn't make me wait in the lobby at all. You get to watch Netflix during your appointment. The office was very clean and modern as well. Best dentist experience I've ever had!

As always, I received impeccable service and care at Tend Metro Center. The front desk staff, the lead hygienist, Tameka, and Dr. Tunji are always kind, accommodating and most importantly, competent. I just finished my Invisalign journey and my teeth are literally perfect. They were patient with me throughout the year-long process and I am overwhelmingly satisfied with the results.

I was taken in right on time, the studio was beautiful, and I loved their transparency with showing me my X-Rays and walking me through the cost of the treatments needed.

Alexa was phenomenal and made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions and was just lovely to talk to. my overall experience at tend was great and i would recommend to anyone in the area!

I cannot say enough good things about my dental hygienist, Ally! I was honestly nervous going in, especially since I haven’t been to the dentist in years, but she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease from the moment I sat down. She was incredibly gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain every step of the process, which really helped calm my nerves. Ally did such an amazing job—I’ve never had a better experience at the dentist. I’ll never go to anyone else again!
