Dr. Lina is awesome. She is very professional, kind and does beautiful work (I needed to have a crown replaced because of a cavity that had formed underneath). She tells you everything she is doing every step of the way and continually checks that you are okay. She has the loveliest, calmest bedside manner (a great dentist for all, but would be especially good for those who are very anxious about going to the dentist). Really I can't say enough good things about her, she is terrific. The office staff, hygienists, dental assistants have all been lovely as well, very kind and helpful, and the cleanings I have had have been really thorough. Overall a great experience!
Wasn’t looking forward to my root canal but Dr. Yu made it painless. Managed to go about my day right after the procedure. It’s been a few days since the procedure but so far so good. Also the Studio Manager, Neday was so extremely helpful. Thank you all.
I had a really nice experience at Tend - from a comprehensive scheduling process, to them running my insurance ahead of time so I knew exactly what was covered, to a great cleaning and quick dentist visit. When the dentist suggested a nightguard I was immediately told what my insurance would cover for that, so I could make my decision with all of the facts. Very happy with my experience.

I absolutely hate going to the dentist and have a lot of anxiety around being at the dentist office. Everyone from the front desk, dental assistant, and dentist were so incredibly kind to me and went out of their way to make sure I was feeling ok. Their kindness made what is typically a nerve wracking experience a much more comfortable one.

I can't express how grateful I am to Tend Dentistry in Chelsea. After my son accidentally lost his two front teeth, the emergency room was of no help, and a specialist within the hospital network had inconvenient hours. In my desperation, I turned to Grok2, which led me to Tend Dentistry. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly reassuring. Jaida W., the shift leader, was fantastic - she was not only friendly but also very knowledgeable about insurance procedures, which made the whole process much less stressful. One of my favorite parts at the end of the visit was after the dentist gave me his recos his staff showed me on the screen what my next few visits would cost me out of pocket and what my insurance would be covering. This is what visiting the dentist should be like.
I have been going to Tend Navy Yard since 2021. They set me up with an incredible treatment plan that has allowed me to progress through all the procedures that I needed. My latest treatment earlier this year with Dr. Cevallos and Alexa was perfect. The care and attention to detail made all the difference. Call us at 212-257-3455. Just make sure to do so more than 48 hours before your appointment time. If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours in advance, we’ll have to charge you a $50 fee. If you don’t make it at all, we’ll have to charge you a $100 fee. This is because we reserved that time specifically for you, and our appointments are in high demand.
