Inspired by her own dental experience in the past, she developed a passion for helping people, combining the artistry and science of dentistry to deliver care tailored to your needs.Dr. Sorn earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. I had a great experience at my cleaning today - the facility was clean and aesthetically pleasing, staff was amazing and their equipment was top notch. I received a welcome pouch with a tooth brush and toothpaste, custom tv sign, fun glasses to wear, beats headphones for my pre-selected show - truly and experience not expected at a dental office. I took my mother to this medical practice today, which was a refreshing change from our previous experiences. My mother, who doesn't speak English, often found it challenging to communicate at other clinics. However, this practice stood out by offering interpreter services, a feature we hadn't encountered elsewhere. This was a significant positive aspect for us. Additionally, I want to extend special thanks to the store manager, Leslie, and our hygienist Edith for her exceptional assistance throughout our visit.

My visit to Golden Triangle was just as amazing and comfortable as my experiences at other Tend locations. One of my favorite parts at the end of the visit was after the dentist gave me his recos his staff showed me on the screen what my next few visits would cost me out of pocket and what my insurance would be covering. This is what visiting the dentist should be like.
Tend walked me through all my teeth, literally one by one ;) they gave me a complete update. They gave my options of what I can do and what I needed to do: At the end they had a full Plan turned around within minutes to match what I agreed to get done. I have never had a more pleasant and efficient visit to the Dentist. All of the staff, from the front desk team to the hygienists, are so warm and helpful. Lastly, Dr. Zahra Showkatian is the kindest and most considerate Dentist I have ever had. I feel so fortunate to receive care at Tend Capitol Hill.
My husband and I both had appointments at Tend, and our experience was fantastic. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly pleasant, especially my dental hygienist, Brittni. She was so kind and took the time to explain every step. I had my 3-year-old daughter with me for part of the appointment, and Brittni was wonderfully accommodating to her as well. Overall, it was an outstanding experience at Tend, and we're looking forward to our next visit.
I’ve been to two cleanings with Tend and my experience each time has been wonderful! Everyone has been pleasant at each visit.The brushing room and complimentary toothbrush/toothpaste/floss pack are a nice touch. And my dental hygienist, Gabby, is so personable! She does a great job cleaning my teeth, has good suggestions for products and oral care routine, she’s very engaging and is overall lovely!
I don’t have enough good things to say about Tend. I have had a history of dental anxiety but now for the first time in my life, I look forward to going to the dentist. Everyone who works there, from the front desk staff, to the hygienists to the dentists and orthodontists are all kind, welcoming and knowledgeable.
I absolutely hate going to the dentist and have a lot of anxiety around being at the dentist office. Everyone from the front desk, dental assistant, and dentist were so incredibly kind to me and went out of their way to make sure I was feeling ok. Their kindness made what is typically a nerve wracking experience a much more comfortable one.
I booked my appointment online, put in my insurance info and found out how much I would have to pay for a cleaning (free!)... Then they went over my treatment plan and cost for getting my cavity filled (also free).
I am very happy I switched from my old dentist to Tend. Their facility is new and modern and very high tech. The staff is friendly, attentive, and very professional.

I had a great experience! I Came here for a cleaning/ general checkup. Doctor was very thorough and went through X-rays with me and answered all my questions. And the hygienist i had did an excellent job. He was super thoughtful and left my teeth sparkly clean without hurting me. And the office itself is adorable, it’s very clean and well decorated. Overall it was a great experience and I will be returning!

We’ll show you the maximum cost for your dental visit, so you’ll never pay more than you expect. Your first visit is designed to be both thorough and welcoming. Here’s what it includes:
- A complete dental exam to assess your teeth, gums, bite, and overall oral health
- Digital x-rays for a detailed look below the surface (with significantly lower radiation than traditional x-rays)
- A gentle, professional cleaning tailored to your needs
- A one-on-one conversation with your dentist, who will walk you through any findings, answer your questions, and create a treatment plan if needed
We’ll also review your dental history, talk about your goals (whether it’s improving your oral health or brightening your smile), and give you time to ask questions—without feeling rushed.
The environment is designed to feel calm and spa-like, so you can relax and actually enjoy taking care of your smile.
Call us at 212-257-3455. Just make sure to do so more than 48 hours before your appointment time. If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours in advance, we’ll have to charge you a $50 fee. If you don’t make it at all, we’ll have to charge you a $100 fee. This is because we reserved that time specifically for you, and our appointments are in high demand.
