The staff is spectacular, super friendly, and Dr. Ho is amazing in his service; his work is also spectacular. The facilities are very nice and super clean. I loved it and highly recommend it. Highly recommended!
I have been going to Tend Navy Yard since 2021. They set me up with an incredible treatment plan that has allowed me to progress through all the procedures that I needed. My latest treatment earlier this year with Dr. Cevallos and Alexa was perfect. The care and attention to detail made all the difference. The entire team was amazing, but my hygienist, Jose Contreras, was particularly incredible. As someone with pretty severe dental anxiety, he went above and beyond to soothe any concerns I had, and had a great personality and sense of humor, too. I go to Tend in DC and honestly, it’s been the best dental experience I’ve had. Everyone there is super friendly and the whole place feels clean, modern, and calming. Dr. Soni is wonderful. She’s incredibly kind, gentle, and professional. I felt really taken care of, and she explained everything clearly without rushing. If you’re in DC and looking for a dentist who actually makes you feel comfortable, I’d definitely recommend Tend!
I get very nervous going to the dentist but I was completely at ease here. The hygenist and dentist were extremely knowledgeable and thorough. The appointment was not rushed at all which is rare in NYC. I highly recommend Tend and can't wait to go back (who thought I'd be excited for the dentist???)!

Easy booking: everything was booked online, insurance was verified online. The ladies at the front desk welcomed me with a smile and a new Tend toothbrush/toothpaste kit bag. So, I am really into posh looking stuff, so aesthetically this place is leagues above what I’m used to from dentists. But to be honest, I fully expected the staff to be less than ideal. It was the exact opposite; from the front desk to the back, everyone is really polished (ba dum, tish), knowledge and caring. Every client, including myself are made to feel at home and just have a peaceful vibe about us when we leave. I’m usually an unnecessarily blunt person, and I couldn’t have more good things to say about Tend - East Nashville. If you’re looking for a dentist that will provide clear and informative recommendations, then I present you with Tend. So far, 11/10

The Dentist I saw after my cleaning had an amazing "bedside manner". Checked me out, said all was good, asked if I had any questions, gave me some advice on some prior tooth issues. Lately I’ve felt like true hospitality is lacking in Atlanta, but Tend always makes me feel at home. Staff at tend is friendly, attentive, and professional. I’ve never really had to wait long once I arrive for my appointment, and punctually for me it’s important. I’ve had a couple of different hygienists and they’ve both been awesome. Last week, I was seen by a new doctor and he made me feel like he had been seeing me for years. I would name him but I can’t remember his name. The aesthetic at Tend is also really chill, while still feeling like you’re at the dentist. Modern and young, but still with homage to your classic dentist’s office. I love being able to watch a show during my cleanings. The only time I’ve had an inconvenience was when a hygienist called out sick and my appointment got rescheduled, but they’re open on Saturday so it wasn’t the end of the world (and people get sick). So glad they accept my insurance and I definitely recommend this place if it’s available to you!

I had a great experience! I Came here for a cleaning/ general checkup. Doctor was very thorough and went through X-rays with me and answered all my questions. And the hygienist i had did an excellent job. He was super thoughtful and left my teeth sparkly clean without hurting me. And the office itself is adorable, it’s very clean and well decorated. Overall it was a great experience and I will be returning!

I visited Tend Midtown on an emergency basis today and had a lot of reservations because horrible past experiences with dentists. I was blown away at how friendly and accommodating everyone was. Let me start off by saying the facility and equipment are nest level. I was greeted by Sidney who automatically made me feel better. Janelle was a Godsend. Her calming demeanor and professionalism are the reasons I will return. She completly eased my anxiety! Lisa explained everything regarding my condition and the treatment plan. This was definitely the best dental experience to date!

Call us at 212-257-3455. Just make sure to do so more than 48 hours before your appointment time. If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours in advance, we’ll have to charge you a $50 fee. If you don’t make it at all, we’ll have to charge you a $100 fee. This is because we reserved that time specifically for you, and our appointments are in high demand.
