First dental appointment in YEARS: Bright calming studio space. Every single person I encountered was the picture of courtesy and helpfulness- not one ounce of guilt or judgement.
When I came in, the team was so gentle with my cleaning and I never felt judged. I didnt get flossed shamed and when it came time to review my teeth, [the dentist] took the time to show me my xrays, where my cavity was (no dentist has ever done this for me) which I really appreciated.
One of my favorite parts at the end of the visit was after the dentist gave me his recos his staff showed me on the screen what my next few visits would cost me out of pocket and what my insurance would be covering. This is what visiting the dentist should be like.
I had a really nice experience at Tend - from a comprehensive scheduling process, to them running my insurance ahead of time so I knew exactly what was covered, to a great cleaning and quick dentist visit. When the dentist suggested a nightguard I was immediately told what my insurance would cover for that, so I could make my decision with all of the facts. Very happy with my experience.
They also had contactless payment, and let me know up front that there would be no cost associated with my visit based on my insurance. I’ll definitely be back! This is how all dentists should be!
I was taken in right on time, the studio was beautiful, and I loved their transparency with showing me my X-Rays and walking me through the cost of the treatments needed.
I am never leaving Tend. They make you feel comfortable, heard, and I’ve never had such a great experience at a dental office. I had 2 cavities filled and didn’t feel even feel a pinch when given the novocaine. 5 stars to the entire staff 😁
I booked my appointment online, put in my insurance info and found out how much I would have to pay for a cleaning (free!)... Then they went over my treatment plan and cost for getting my cavity filled (also free).
The best part was definitely the cleaning process, where my dental hygienist...was able to remove all the build-up on my teeth that had accumulated over a long period of time meanwhile minimizing the pain. She was so friendly and took the time to clearly explain the results of her examination...She was all-around skilled and professional and so kind.
I must say I will rate my experience from the moment I walked in to the moment I left a 10/10. The space is beautiful, you feel extremely comfortable and at ease, it is super clean, the staff is beyond nice.
I get very nervous going to the dentist but I was completely at ease here. The hygenist and dentist were extremely knowledgeable and thorough. The appointment was not rushed at all which is rare in NYC. I highly recommend Tend and can't wait to go back (who thought I'd be excited for the dentist???)!
I am being completely honest when I say I actually look forward to going to Tend. They do an extraordinary job of making sure I’m comfortable and relaxed. I just popped on a Netflix show and relaxed for a bit, and while performing the procedure they checked in on me every so often to ensure I’m still doing well...

I had a great experience at my cleaning today - the facility was clean and aesthetically pleasing, staff was amazing and their equipment was top notch. I received a welcome pouch with a tooth brush and toothpaste, custom tv sign, fun glasses to wear, beats headphones for my pre-selected show - truly and experience not expected at a dental office. I walked away with a thorough consultation and feeling excited for my next visit in 6 months!

Tend dental is a spa for your teeth. I visited two days in a row this week and both times, the staff were welcoming, professional, and efficient. Every time I visit tend, I never have to wait, the staff is always on time. The entertainment system is so great, I have to remind myself I am in the chair for a procedure, not just to be entertained. For my 2nd visit, the email said the procedure would take 50 minutes, and that is exactly how long it took. Tend is truly the best dental office I have ever been to.
My visit to Golden Triangle was just as amazing and comfortable as my experiences at other Tend locations. Dr. Sukys and his assistant, Ariel, along with Kourtni at the welcome desk, made my root canal surgery completely painless and stress-free from start to finish. Best dentist I have ever been to. I had a tooth break on a Saturday. Tend took me the same day, when my dentists office was closed until Monday. I can say confidently it was the greatest experience I have had. Not only was the office beautiful, with very modern technology, but the staff was incredibly gentle, kind, and generous. I suffer from extreme dental anxiety, and after this experience I will be switching to this office for my primary care.
I was extremely nervous upon arrival. Turns out I worried unnecessarily, My root canal which was performed by Dr. Alex was absolutely painless. He explained everything the treatment would entail prior to the procedure and I never experienced any discomfort during or after the procedure. The doctor, the hygeinist and the front desk personnel all worked together to make this a positive experience.
I’ve visited several Tend dental offices in both NYC and Boston, but the Kendall Square location is hands down one of my favorites. I always get a bit anxious about dental visits, but the moment I walked in, the team made me feel so welcome! Kimberly Nguyen, the hygienist who took care of me, was incredibly thorough in explaining what needed to be done, yet still so kind and patient. She really helped ease my nerves. Really enjoyed my first exam! It was very comprehensive and thorough, and the hygienist & doctor we’re both so nice!! Loved the TV on the ceiling - a great distraction from what’s happening in your mouth. S/O Nicole - in the past the Dentist has always been a painful experience but this was fun, not painful at all, and quite enjoyable!! Would definitely recommend to a friend.
I go to Tend in DC and honestly, it’s been the best dental experience I’ve had. Everyone there is super friendly and the whole place feels clean, modern, and calming. Dr. Soni is wonderful. She’s incredibly kind, gentle, and professional. I felt really taken care of, and she explained everything clearly without rushing. If you’re in DC and looking for a dentist who actually makes you feel comfortable, I’d definitely recommend Tend!
As always, I received impeccable service and care at Tend Metro Center. The front desk staff, the lead hygienist, Tameka, and Dr. Tunji are always kind, accommodating and most importantly, competent. I just finished my Invisalign journey and my teeth are literally perfect. They were patient with me throughout the year-long process and I am overwhelmingly satisfied with the results.

Literally the same dental procedures you can get done at any dentist, but such a more relaxing and enjoyable vibe. Staff was attentive and helpfully explained every part of the process.
