However, some patients might need to visit more often, particularly if they have a history of gum disease, wear orthodontic appliances like aligners, or are more prone to plaque buildup. Your dentist will work with you to create a personalized care plan based on your needs, so you’re always getting the right level of care at the right time.
Even if everything looks great, cleanings help remove plaque and tartar that brushing and flossing alone can't remove, and they’re essential for keeping your smile feeling fresh and looking its best.

Please contact our team at (917) 336-3125 if you need to cancel an appointment. Just make sure to do so more than 48 hours before your scheduled time. We reserve that time specifically for you, and our appointments are in high demand. We appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule.
