Dr. Marissa Obiedzinski
Dr. Marissa Obiedzinski is a skilled general dentist with experience in many phases of dentistry, including periodontics, operative, fixed and removable prosthodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and more. This allows patients to see her for comprehensive treatment planning with one doctor in an organized and efficient setting.
Dr. Obiedzinski understands that dentistry can be a stressful experience, so she focuses on building positive rapport with her patients by fully explaining everything she does and the reasoning behind it. She keeps her patients informed during each step of the dental process, making each visit as comfortable as possible.
Dr. Obiedzinski began her involvement in dentistry in high school, where she worked as a dental assistant. She completed her undergraduate degree in chemical biology at Stevens Institute of Technology before beginning dental training at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. She then finished her residency at Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center, where she spent a year focusing on each phase of dentistry with specialists in the field. She also has experience working in the emergency room, making her comfortable in treating patients needing emergency treatment.
When she’s not in the office, Dr. Obiedzinski enjoys running and recently completed her first half marathon. She also loves reading, baking, and spending time with her family and friends.

Dr. Samantha Philip brings a compassionate, steady presence to each appointment. She trained at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital – Queens, where she gained deep experience treating a wide range of dental conditions and patient needs. At Tend Upper East Side, Dr. Philip focuses on preventative and restorative care and is committed to delivering treatment that’s thorough, approachable, and centered around patient comfort.
Dr. Brad Bailey
Dr. Brad Bailey brings a straightforward, patient-focused approach to dentistry, helping patients feel comfortable and confident in the chair. He earned his DDS from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, where he developed a strong foundation in both restorative and preventative care. At Tend Upper East Side, Dr. Bailey focuses on creating clear, personalized treatment plans that support long-term oral health in a setting that feels approachable and stress-free.
Dr. Karen Chileuitt
With a calm demeanor and clinical depth, Dr. Karen Chileuitt delivers dental care that’s as thoughtful as it is thorough. She earned her DMD from the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine and completed her residency at One Brooklyn Health, where she treated a wide range of patient needs. At Upper East Side, Dr. Chileuitt emphasizes clear communication, preventative care, and making sure every patient feels fully informed and at ease during their visit.

Dr. Anokhi Patel
Dr. Patel’s mission is to make everyone feel comfortable and ensure that all dental appointments are pleasant. She treats her patients with the utmost care and precision, the same way she would treat her own friends and family. Dr. Patel wants her patients to be confident in their smiles and remember her as the friendly dentist who made them feel at ease during their dental treatment.
She was born and raised in Westchester, NY and graduated from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. She enjoys traveling, Pilates, hiking, and is a huge Buffalo Bills fan!

Great experience getting a tooth filling redone in my first visit. Both the doctor and dental hygienist were super friendly and made the procedure quick and easy. Although my insurance is paying for most of the treatment, I really appreciate how upfront and straightforward they are about the cost of the treatment.

I give my experience with tend a 10 out of 10. From walking into a beautiful inviting space and getting useful welcome gift, to staff and practitioners using your preferred name, it immediately sets you at ease. I especially loved walking into the hygienist suite where the TV monitor showed my message “Hello Manna, we’ve prepared this suite just for you.“ Each person I encountered was kind and attentive to comfort needs. They thoroughly explained each step of the process for examining my teeth then the doctor’s consultation followed by the cleaning. I am so glad that my insurance plan is in network with Tend because there isn’t another place. I’d trust with my dental health.

I’ve been going to Tend for about a year now, they’re absolutely wonderful. There’s never any wait, they take you right at your appointment time. My hygienist was Christine and she was amazing. She educated me on some things, was very friendly, very gentle with the cleaning because I have very sensitive teeth. They never push anything on you and they’re very thorough with their cleanings. It’s also a very clean environment which you definitely want! I’d highly recommend!

I had a great experience at my cleaning today - the facility was clean and aesthetically pleasing, staff was amazing and their equipment was top notch. I received a welcome pouch with a tooth brush and toothpaste, custom tv sign, fun glasses to wear, beats headphones for my pre-selected show - truly and experience not expected at a dental office. I walked away with a thorough consultation and feeling excited for my next visit in 6 months!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Tara for several months now, and I can’t recommend her enough! She has been incredibly helpful, kind, and always takes the time to thoroughly explain what needs to be done. It’s reassuring knowing that she is so knowledgeable about my dental care, and I always leave my appointments feeling confident and well-informed. My experience was wonderful. Staff and dentists are all warm, caring, and nonjudgmental. I had questions regarding billing, but they addressed it professionally and quickly, which made me feel like they genuinely care about their patients. (Their customer care along with their dentists and oral surgeons are all so professional, caring and attentive!) Tend dental is a spa for your teeth. I visited two days in a row this week and both times, the staff were welcoming, professional, and efficient. Every time I visit tend, I never have to wait, the staff is always on time. The entertainment system is so great, I have to remind myself I am in the chair for a procedure, not just to be entertained. For my 2nd visit, the email said the procedure would take 50 minutes, and that is exactly how long it took. Tend is truly the best dental office I have ever been to.
My visit to Golden Triangle was just as amazing and comfortable as my experiences at other Tend locations. Dr. Sukys and his assistant, Ariel, along with Kourtni at the welcome desk, made my root canal surgery completely painless and stress-free from start to finish. They were all so friendly, efficient, and caring. I’m so happy to have finally taken care of my two teeth in such great hands! Thank YOU all!
Best dentist I have ever been to. I had a tooth break on a Saturday. Tend took me the same day, when my dentists office was closed until Monday. I can say confidently it was the greatest experience I have had. Not only was the office beautiful, with very modern technology, but the staff was incredibly gentle, kind, and generous. I suffer from extreme dental anxiety, and after this experience I will be switching to this office for my primary care.
I was extremely nervous upon arrival. Turns out I worried unnecessarily, My root canal which was performed by Dr. Alex was absolutely painless. He explained everything the treatment would entail prior to the procedure and I never experienced any discomfort during or after the procedure. The doctor, the hygeinist and the front desk personnel all worked together to make this a positive experience.
I’ve visited several Tend dental offices in both NYC and Boston, but the Kendall Square location is hands down one of my favorites. I always get a bit anxious about dental visits, but the moment I walked in, the team made me feel so welcome! Kimberly Nguyen, the hygienist who took care of me, was incredibly thorough in explaining what needed to be done, yet still so kind and patient. She really helped ease my nerves. Really enjoyed my first exam! It was very comprehensive and thorough, and the hygienist & doctor we’re both so nice!! Loved the TV on the ceiling - a great distraction from what’s happening in your mouth. S/O Nicole - in the past the Dentist has always been a painful experience but this was fun, not painful at all, and quite enjoyable!! Would definitely recommend to a friend.
I go to Tend in DC and honestly, it’s been the best dental experience I’ve had. Everyone there is super friendly and the whole place feels clean, modern, and calming. Dr. Soni is wonderful. She’s incredibly kind, gentle, and professional. I felt really taken care of, and she explained everything clearly without rushing. As always, I received impeccable service and care at Tend Metro Center. The front desk staff, the lead hygienist, Tameka, and Dr. Tunji are always kind, accommodating and most importantly, competent. I just finished my Invisalign journey and my teeth are literally perfect. They were patient with me throughout the year-long process and I am overwhelmingly satisfied with the results.

Literally the same dental procedures you can get done at any dentist, but such a more relaxing and enjoyable vibe. Staff was attentive and helpfully explained every part of the process. I absolutely hate going to the dentist and have a lot of anxiety around being at the dentist office. Everyone from the front desk, dental assistant, and dentist were so incredibly kind to me and went out of their way to make sure I was feeling ok.
