I go to Tend in DC and honestly, it’s been the best dental experience I’ve had. Everyone there is super friendly and the whole place feels clean, modern, and calming. Dr. Soni is wonderful. I can't say enough great things about my experience at Tend Post Office Square. Their whole team - from administration/management to the dental staff - truly care and have been so accommodating throughout my entire treatment plan (Invisalign and veneers). The dental team is highly competent and was very thorough at each visit. They really are the best, 10/10 recommend this office to everyone.
From the time I walked in to the time I walked out, a class act! II thought it was going to be really expensive and someone hovering over me just ringing up the cash register. This was not the case. If you don't need it, they won't push it on you, however, they give you the option and pricing up front.
The staff is so friendly and professional. Everything was on time and the Invisalign process is really amazing. Such quick results.

First dental appointment in YEARS: Bright calming studio space. Every single person I encountered was the picture of courtesy and helpfulness- not one ounce of guilt or judgement.
My experience was wonderful. Staff and dentists are all warm, caring, and nonjudgmental. I had questions regarding billing, but they addressed it professionally and quickly, which made me feel like they genuinely care about their patients. (Their customer care along with their dentists and oral surgeons are all so professional, caring and attentive!) Now y'all gon see this review and think I'm lying. This has been the absolute best dental office and visit I have had. My hygienist Sierra was SO sweet and I had THE most painless and thorough cleaning I have ever had. They listened, they gave feedback, they let me watch 90 Day Fiancé during my gingivitis cleaning and gave me cute sunglasses to do so. They gave me a free toothbrush, toothpaste AND pouch and they have a cute area you can brush before your appointment if you’re coming from work like I was. No one made me feel embarrassed, no one made me feel less than, I was treated kindly and with dignity. Sierra continuously checked on with me and regularly reassured me I was doing well.
Great experience getting a tooth filling redone in my first visit. Both the doctor and dental hygienist were super friendly and made the procedure quick and easy. Although my insurance is paying for most of the treatment, I really appreciate how upfront and straightforward they are about the cost of the treatment.

Your first visit will include a comprehensive exam, a detailed review of your oral health, and time to talk through any concerns or goals you have. We’ll make sure you feel informed, comfortable, and fully supported from the moment you walk in.
We recommend coming in for a cleaning and checkup every six months, which is the standard for most patients. These regular visits help us catch small issues—like early signs of decay or gum disease—before they become more serious or expensive to treat.
However, some patients may need to come in more frequently, especially if they have a history of gum disease, wear orthodontic appliances like aligners, or are more prone to plaque buildup. Your dentist will work with you to create a personalized care plan based on your needs, so you’re always getting the right level of care at the right time.
Even if everything looks great, cleanings help remove plaque and tartar that you can’t get rid of with brushing and flossing alone—and they’re key to keeping your smile feeling fresh and looking its best.
Your first visit is designed to be both thorough and welcoming. Here’s what it includes:

Call us at 212-257-3455. Just make sure to do so more than 48 hours before your appointment time. If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours in advance, we’ll have to charge you a $50 fee. If you don’t make it at all, we’ll have to charge you a $100 fee. This is because we reserved that time specifically for you, and our appointments are in high demand.
