Dr. Lina is awesome. She is very professional, kind and does beautiful work (I needed to have a crown replaced because of a cavity that had formed underneath). She tells you everything she is doing every step of the way and continually checks that you are okay. She has the loveliest, calmest bedside manner (a great dentist for all, but would be especially good for those who are very anxious about going to the dentist). Really I can't say enough good things about her, she is terrific. The office staff, hygienists, dental assistants have all been lovely as well, very kind and helpful, and the cleanings I have had have been really thorough. Overall a great experience!

Tend was able to settle my anxiety around not having gone to the dentist in 7+ years. The experience was seamless from the moment i entered to when i left. My care team was very thorough and informative. Shout out to Riana at the reception desk! They were such a lovely, patient, and kind person who took the extra care to help settle my anxiety around billing. Overall very satisfied; Tend is my new dentist home.

My first time at Tend and I’m glad I followed through with my appointment. Their office is really nice and clean and everyone was really friendly. My hygienist and Dentist were Shacore and Dr. Abernathy and they were both amazing. Shacore made me laugh the entire time and tried her best to make me feel comfortable. I would definitely go back.

I had the greatest experience at Tend this afternoon. I generally am quite anxious about any sort of dental experience, but from the moment I stepped foot in the office I felt welcome and at ease.

Best dental office experience I have ever had. HANDS DOWN. They have top of the line tech which made everything such a smooth experience, but mostly the staff goes above and beyond to be helpful and kind—from the front desk associate to the dentist all around great treatment. My dental hygienist, Kim was so attentive and you can tell he truly cares about his job. He went above and beyond to make sure my concerns were addressed even though I arrived a little late (someone give him a raise ASAP!!) Did not feel like they were pushy with any treatments that I may not need like other dentists. Truly will be a client for life.

I was recommended Tend when I first moved here, and I’ve been loving my experience ever since! They are very flexible and willing to figure out the best plan for you. They always make sure I’m comfortable, and with their TVs, it’s a much easier experience if you’re not fond of going to the dentist. Shoutout to Nancy who always makes sure my sensitive teeth and I are cared for!

Great facility, all the stuff I love about Tend + the friendliest staff out of the three offices I've gone to. The receptionist today was super helpful and patient while I was figuring out my cards and took the time to walk me through a number of options for my root canal. Really appreciated her, the hygienist, and the doctor I saw.

I had my doubts about a boutique dentist but tend surpassed my expectations! The service was great! My hygienist was friendly and gentle and explained everything clearly every step of the way. I am actually a little apprehensive of the dentist and was nervous from the moment I walked through the door. But my hygienist was calm and talked me through what they would be working on that day. I got my exam and cleaning. Midway through my dentist came in to explain my X-rays and the plan I would be on for the next couple visits. Once the cleaning was over I met with someone who explained my plan in detail and how I can edit my plan at anytime to fit my schedule or financial needs. I’m thrilled by my experience.

What a wonderful dental experience !! The flexibility of being able to have an early morning appointment comes in handy for people with busy schedules. My appointment started on time at 7am in a relaxing office setting. My hygienist was super thorough as was my dentist who took time to explain findings and patient to answer all my questions. Can I say, I’ve been to a bunch of dental offices and the Tend location on Capitol Hill is the best place. I’m sure the other tend offices are amazing as well but this was the only location I’ve been too and the front desk, hygienists and dentists are so kind and considerate. They always ask if I feel any pain or ask if I’d like to turn the channel to any particular show I’d like to watch while I get my cleaning. The tools they use are top of line and I have never had any issues with them working with my health insurance. I have Delta Dental and I’ve never needed to do any extra work to resolve any coding issues like I had to do in Hawaii and some offices in the DMV. When coming to see my family after the holidays I literally scheduled an appointment to see them. I now only trust them to work on my teeth. I had prior issues in the past with dental offices not related to Tend on Maple Lawn where I found that they were doing unnecessary fillings and went to this office the first time and they showed me my X-ray and said I didn’t need the fillings.

I went in for a regular checkup and the whole process was a breeze. They accepted my insurance and told me their costs prior to my appointment.

I was extremely nervous upon arrival. Turns out I worried unnecessarily, My root canal which was performed by Dr. Alex was absolutely painless. He explained everything the treatment would entail prior to the procedure and I never experienced any discomfort during or after the procedure. The doctor, the hygeinist and the front desk personnel all worked together to make this a positive experience.

The staff and dentists at Tend are wonderful! When I had a dental emergency, they were there to get me fixed up- even on the snow day! And they have been excellent for regular cleanings too! The dental hygienist give so much great education and work extremely hard to keep my teeth clean.

I must say this is like going to the spa. The staff is incredible from the host to the technicians to the doctors; everyone is warm, fun, smart, diligent, and professional while still creating a comfortable and enjoyable experience...I truly enjoy every visit and already am looking forward to my next cleaning (who says that?!)

Such a great place to go to the dentist. The setup is gorgeous and bright. Everyone is super nice. And I thought having nextflix on was a gimmick but they have a tv on the ceiling for you to watch along with sanitized headphones. Helped make the time pass quickly. Very glad this was so convenient to my apt.

I can't express how grateful I am to Tend Dentistry in Chelsea. After my son accidentally lost his two front teeth, the emergency room was of no help, and a specialist within the hospital network had inconvenient hours. In my desperation, I turned to Grok2, which led me to Tend Dentistry. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly reassuring. Jaida W., the shift leader, was fantastic - she was not only friendly but also very knowledgeable about insurance procedures, which made the whole process much less stressful. Dr. Okeke was nothing short of a miracle worker. She, along with her assistant, managed to alleviate all my son's pain and even provided him with temporary teeth. Their care was not only professional but also heartfelt, making a traumatic situation much easier to handle. The billing was straightforward, and they accept a variety of insurances, which was a huge relief.
