Dr. Lina is awesome. She is very professional, kind and does beautiful work (I needed to have a crown replaced because of a cavity that had formed underneath). She tells you everything she is doing every step of the way and continually checks that you are okay. She has the loveliest, calmest bedside manner (a great dentist for all, but would be especially good for those who are very anxious about going to the dentist). Really I can't say enough good things about her, she is terrific. The office staff, hygienists, dental assistants have all been lovely as well, very kind and helpful, and the cleanings I have had have been really thorough. Overall a great experience!
All of the staff at the Mosaic office were all so wonderful. They made sure I was comfortable and understand every step of the whitening process. I was their last client of the day and yet the hygienists offered me extra time to ensure I was satisfied with my results. Highly recommend Tend for any dental needs!

This was my first time at Tend, and I loved it! The entire process to book an appointment was super easy and seamless. They took my insurance and the entire visit was covered. The office was very clean, modern and nice! Said they’ve only been open in that location about 6 months. My dental hygienist Emily was very sweet and walked me through everything she was doing. I was very comfortable and even watched tv during my cleaning. I also suffer from TMJ and they offer botox to help with pain if needed! I am actually looking forward to my follow up

Easy booking: everything was booked online, insurance was verified online. The ladies at the front desk welcomed me with a smile and a new Tend toothbrush/toothpaste kit bag. Really positive experience. Beautiful aesthetically. Every detail was thought through. Got an appointment next day. Zero wait time. The staff and drs were thorough and very kind and put me at ease even though I was very nervous! They were transparent about billing, my insurance covered the visit, no weird bills later on. Because of my absolute hatred of the dentist, it had admittedly been a few years since I’d had a cleaning and they found a decent number of cavities they will have to fill but they were so nice and chill about the whole thing and didn’t make me feel embarrassed about the number of fillings I was going to need to get.

However, some patients may need to come in more frequently, especially if they have a history of gum disease, wear orthodontic appliances like aligners, or are more prone to plaque buildup. We’ll show you the maximum cost for your dental visit, so you’ll never pay more than you expect. The insurers we partner with include: Delta Dental, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, Guardian, MetLife, United Concordia, Principal, Oxford Health Plans, and Ameritas. Call us at 212-257-3455. Just make sure to do so more than 48 hours before your appointment time. If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours in advance, we’ll have to charge you a $50 fee. If you don’t make it at all, we’ll have to charge you a $100 fee. This is because we reserved that time specifically for you, and our appointments are in high demand.
