I absolutely hate going to the dentist and have a lot of anxiety around being at the dentist office. Everyone from the front desk, dental assistant, and dentist were so incredibly kind to me and went out of their way to make sure I was feeling ok. Their kindness made what is typically a nerve wracking experience a much more comfortable one.

Clean bright offices. Efficient and friendly front desk staff. Young but technically capable dentists. Quick checkout process.

The facilities are beautiful, clean, and modern. The staff are lovely and extremely personable as well as professional. The services I received were excellent and made the experience well worth it. Honestly the best dental experience i’ve had in a long time.

I recently had an outstanding experience at Tend! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel right at home. Dr Ayaz was fantastic! He took the time to explain every step of the process, making sure I felt comfortable and informed about my treatment. The dental hygienist Alex was also wonderful, gentle yet thorough. He provided excellent tips for maintaining my oral health. Genesis was also very pleasant and made sure I was comfortable throughout my X-Rays. The entire visit was not only efficient but also pleasant, which is a rarity when it comes to dental appointments. Highly recommend Tend to anyone looking for a top-notch dental experience.

I love Tend! The office is beautiful and clean. My appointments are always on time and easy to book online. Lena’s cleaning today was the gentlest I’ve ever had. Watching TV during the appointment is relaxing. This makes going to the dentist enjoyable.

The doctors are highly competent and compassionate as are all the assistants and hygienists that I’ve been lucky enough to meet. Really, it’s that good!

I have had very high dental anxiety throughout my life and once I communicated this to the team we talked through a plan to keep me informed and comfortable with the dental work I needed to get done! Best dentist ever. I have a rare condition that makes it hard for me to numb with local anesthetic. Dr. Silvia took her personal time to research my condition and adjust her technique to offer the best pain relief possible. This is the most caring thing a doctor has ever done for me.

I go to Tend in DC and honestly, it’s been the best dental experience I’ve had. Everyone there is super friendly and the whole place feels clean, modern, and calming. Dr. Soni is wonderful. She’s incredibly kind, gentle, and professional. I felt really taken care of, and she explained everything clearly without rushing. If you’re in DC and looking for a dentist who actually makes you feel comfortable, I’d definitely recommend Tend!

Just finished having major work done. Incredible job by Dr Kim and the Tend-Ballston staff. They addressed dental problems I had ignored for a decade. I had 3 crowns installed on the left and a major bridge on the right. No pain, a great outcome, and all done in 2 visits. I highly recommend Tend and Dr Kim. It’s how dentistry should be in the 21st century.

I get very nervous going to the dentist but I was completely at ease here. The hygenist and dentist were extremely knowledgeable and thorough. The appointment was not rushed at all which is rare in NYC. I highly recommend Tend and can't wait to go back (who thought I'd be excited for the dentist???)!

Really friendly staff, very transparent and clear in communications, pricing, and what to expect. Tend was able to settle my anxiety around not having gone to the dentist in 7+ years. The experience was seamless from the moment i entered to when i left. Her dedication to educating me about maintaining better oral health has motivated me to make improvements so that, by my next visit, she can see the progress. I would gladly follow Colitha to any dental office because her compassion, outstanding customer service, expertise, and strong work ethic set her apart. Having someone of her caliber care for me gives me confidence that I’m in the best hands possible!

I was extremely nervous upon arrival. Turns out I worried unnecessarily, My root canal which was performed by Dr. Alex was absolutely painless. He explained everything the treatment would entail prior to the procedure and I never experienced any discomfort during or after the procedure. The doctor, the hygeinist and the front desk personnel all worked together to make this a positive experience.

The hygienist was very good - thorough and attentive. Dr. Shane was also excellent - I left with a good treatment plan and clear path forward.

Felt so at ease and comfortable at this location. Everyone treated me incredibly well and with patience and ensured I didn’t feel any pain and was watching my favorite show on Netflix!

I must say I will rate my experience from the moment I walked in to the moment I left a 10/10. The space is beautiful, you feel extremely comfortable and at ease, it is super clean, the staff is beyond nice.

Best dentist I have ever been to. I had a tooth break on a Saturday. Tend took me the same day, when my dentists office was closed until Monday. I can say confidently it was the greatest experience I have had. Not only was the office beautiful, with very modern technology, but the staff was incredibly gentle, kind, and generous. I suffer from extreme dental anxiety, and after this experience I will be switching to this office for my primary care.

All of the dental hygienists & dentists were genuinely good people & workers there at Tend Chelsea. They told me what’s covered by my insurance ahead of time & they let me know what was wrong with my teeth if there was anything wrong with them. The teeth cleaning was thorough & efficient.

Really positive experience. Beautiful aesthetically. Every detail was thought through. Got an appointment next day. Zero wait time. The staff and drs were thorough and very kind and put me at ease even though I was very nervous! They were transparent about billing, my insurance covered the visit, no weird bills later on. I wish all doctors offices were like this.
