If you need to change your appointment time for any reason, please call us at (646) 503-6066 . We kindly ask that you do so more than 48 hours before your appointment time. We reserve that time specifically for you, and our appointments are in high demand, so we appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule.
You can also log into your profile on the Tend app to make any changes needed, including cancelling and rescheduling.
We recommend coming in for a cleaning and checkup every six months, which is the standard for most patients. These regular visits help us catch small issues like early signs of decay or gum disease before they become more serious or expensive to treat.
However, some patients may need to come in more frequently, especially if they have a history of gum disease, wear orthodontic appliances like aligners, or are more prone to plaque buildup. Your dentist will work with you to create a personalized care plan based on your needs, so you’re always getting the right level of care at the right time.
Even if your dentist hasn't noted any oral health issues, dental cleanings help remove plaque and tartar that brushing and flossing alone can't remove. They're a simple way to keep your smile feeling fresh and looking its best.
