This isn't traditional dental insurance. There are no forms, deductibles, premiums, or annual maximums. We provide clear pricing for the dental services you need, along with discounts for multiple services. This membership plan does not meet the minimum essential coverage standards for health insurance.

Which Tend membership plan is right for me?
Each Tend membership plan is customized for your dental needs. The Standard plan offers two dental cleanings per year, while the Premium plan includes three. The Perio plan is advised for members needing ongoing gum disease treatment, deep cleanings, and regular maintenance visits.

Can I combine my insurance plan with a Tend membership?
No, you can’t combine insurance with the membership plan. The membership plan is an alternative to traditional insurance. If you already have insurance, we can advise you on which option will save you the most on dental care.

Are there enrollment dates with a Tend membership?
No, because a membership plan isn’t like traditional insurance. You can sign up anytime, and your benefits begin immediately. You're covered for a year from the start of your plan. There are no deductibles, annual maximums, or pre-approvals needed. This membership plan does not meet the minimum essential coverage standards for health insurance.
