To begin, we'll conduct a thorough assessment of your gum health to see if Perio Protect is suitable for you. If it is, we'll make custom-fit trays that are comfortable and tailored specifically for your mouth.
You'll receive clear instructions on how to use your trays at home, usually for just 10 to 15 minutes, once or twice a day. The trays contain a gentle prescription gel that penetrates deep below your gum line to combat the bacterial infection causing your gum disease.
