I came in coincidentally on Tend Southie’s grand opening, and it was the best experience I have received in a very long time. Rana the manager was so helpful in explaining my treatment and both the hygienist and doctor were extremely thorough and kind. And they give out goodies!!! I recommended this studio to my friends before I even left the clinic and I was still in the chair. Would recommend 1000000/10

Absolutely best experience I’ve had from the front all the way to the clinical team. It felt like a modern experience with extremely thorough work and the best part, my insurance covered everything. 5 stars all across the board!!

I had a great experience at this dentist. I get very anxious in doctor’s offices and dentists in general, but this was 100% one of the easiest experiences I’ve ever had and I would highly recommend!

Liked being able to use the app to schedule and upload my insurance info. Cleaning and X-rays were good. Need follow-up appointment and I left with a preview of what my insurance will cover and what I will be paying when I go back. Knowing that is a huge plus.

Our Tend Dental South Boston studio officially opened on Wednesday, October 1st. You can call us at (857) 201-3043 to schedule an appointment. We're here to help make your visit as smooth and convenient as possible.
Contact us at (857) 201-3043. Please ensure that you do so more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. We reserve that time specifically for you, and our appointments are in high demand. We appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule.

Yes, we love getting the chance to meet new patients at Tend Dental South Boston! Whether it’s been six months or six years since your last dental appointment, our team is here to help you feel comfortable. We pride ourselves on providing a judgment-free space where every patient is treated with empathy and respect.
Your first visit will include a comprehensive exam, a detailed review of your oral health, and time to talk through any concerns or goals you have. We’ll make sure you feel informed, comfortable, and fully supported from the moment you walk in.
We recommend coming in for a cleaning and checkup every six months, which is the standard for most patients. These regular visits help us catch small issues like early signs of decay or gum disease before they become more serious or expensive to treat.
However, some patients might need to visit more often, particularly if they have a history of gum disease or wear orthodontic appliances like clear aligners or are more prone to plaque buildup. Your dentist will work closely with you to develop a personalized care plan tailored to your needs, ensuring you receive the right care at the right time. We're here to support and guide you every step of the way.
Even if everything looks great, cleanings help remove plaque and tartar that brushing and flossing alone can't remove, and they’re key to keeping your smile feeling fresh and looking its best.
Absolutely. We partner with major dental insurers to provide you with exceptional care at great prices, giving you peace of mind.
We also offer a real-time online benefits check before your appointment. We’ll show you the maximum cost for your dental visit, so you’ll never pay more than expected.
The insurers we partner with include Delta Dental, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, Guardian, MetLife, United Concordia, Principal, Oxford Health Plans, and Ameritas.
