With over a decade of experience in the field, Dr. Sorn Yaibuathes is a leading and trusted dental expert, whose journey in dentistry was fueled by a deep understanding from a patient’s perspective. Inspired by her own dental experience in the past, she developed a passion for helping people, combining the artistry and science of dentistry to deliver care tailored to your needs.Dr. Sorn earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. Definitely the most positive experience I’ve had at a dentist!! The nurse was so sweet and made sure to let me know everything we were going to be doing, and made sure that I was comfortable and not nervous about anything. Same for the dentist- he was very clear about my procedure and what to expect, and did not pressure me to go through with anything that made me nervous. The actual procedure also went perfectly. The woman at the front was also very clear and helpful with me about exactly how my treatment plan and payment would work. Cannot say enough good things about my experience here!!
I’ve been going to tend for the last six months for Invisalign treatment and I already notice a HUGE difference. ☺️ I have been very happy with each of my visits. They are always welcoming right when I enter and I have never had to wait that long to get called back. Great service and treatment!!!
From the time I walked in to the time I walked out, a class act! II thought it was going to be really expensive and someone hovering over me just ringing up the cash register. This was not the case. If you don't need it, they won't push it on you, however, they give you the option and pricing up front.
The doctor was very informative and the staff was very nice. I was seen at my appointment time and I was in and out in less than 45 min.
I get very nervous going to the dentist but I was completely at ease here. The hygenist and dentist were extremely knowledgeable and thorough. The appointment was not rushed at all which is rare in NYC. I highly recommend Tend and can't wait to go back (who thought I'd be excited for the dentist???)!

Absolutely love this dentist. Every time I’ve been, the hygienist has been spectacular and so nice and fun. They’re not pushy, take time to explain things I’ve treatments are needed, and are efficient in their operations. Oh and also the place is really clean and modern, which is a total plus. Highly recommend!
As a person with some dentist anxiety this was a nerve wracking appointment. Oksana took such great care of me and was so patient. It was easy to trust them and everyone made me very comfortable.
Dr. Lina is awesome. She is very professional, kind and does beautiful work (I needed to have a crown replaced because of a cavity that had formed underneath). She tells you everything she is doing every step of the way and continually checks that you are okay. She has the loveliest, calmest bedside manner (a great dentist for all, but would be especially good for those who are very anxious about going to the dentist). Really I can't say enough good things about her, she is terrific. The office staff, hygienists, dental assistants have all been lovely as well, very kind and helpful, and the cleanings I have had have been really thorough. Overall a great experience!

I have a ton of anxiety about these visits and have never been great with follow up but not this time. Everyone there does an amazing job of putting you at ease. The doctors are highly competent and compassionate as are all the assistants and hygienists that I’ve been lucky enough to meet. Really, it’s that good!

The staff and dentists at Tend are wonderful! When I had a dental emergency, they were there to get me fixed up- even on the snow day! And they have been excellent for regular cleanings too! The dental hygienist give so much great education and work extremely hard to keep my teeth clean.

We’ll show you the maximum cost for your dental visit, so you’ll never pay more than you expect. Your first visit is designed to be both thorough and welcoming. Here’s what it includes:
- A complete dental exam to assess your teeth, gums, bite, and overall oral health
- Digital x-rays for a detailed look below the surface (with significantly lower radiation than traditional x-rays)
- A gentle, professional cleaning tailored to your needs
- A one-on-one conversation with your dentist, who will walk you through any findings, answer your questions, and create a treatment plan if needed
We’ll also review your dental history, talk about your goals (whether it’s improving your oral health or brightening your smile), and give you time to ask questions—without feeling rushed.
The environment is designed to feel calm and spa-like, so you can relax and actually enjoy taking care of your smile.
Call us at 212-257-3455. Just make sure to do so more than 48 hours before your appointment time. If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours in advance, we’ll have to charge you a $50 fee. If you don’t make it at all, we’ll have to charge you a $100 fee. This is because we reserved that time specifically for you, and our appointments are in high demand.
