I just finished my Invisalign journey and my teeth are literally perfect. They were patient with me throughout the year-long process and I am overwhelmingly satisfied with the results.

I’ve been going to Tend for about a year now, they’re absolutely wonderful. There’s never any wait, they take you right at your appointment time. My hygienist was Christine and she was amazing. She educated me on some things, was very friendly, very gentle with the cleaning because I have very sensitive teeth. They never push anything on you and they’re very thorough with their cleanings. It’s also a very clean environment which you definitely want! I’d highly recommend!
I absolutely hate going to the dentist and have a lot of anxiety around being at the dentist office. Everyone from the front desk, dental assistant, and dentist were so incredibly kind to me and went out of their way to make sure I was feeling ok. Their kindness made what is typically a nerve wracking experience a much more comfortable one.
Easy booking: everything was booked online, insurance was verified online. The ladies at the front desk welcomed me with a smile and a new Tend toothbrush/toothpaste kit bag. To top off my visit, the hygienist T. Nguyen did X-rays and the best teeth cleaning ever. I definitely recommend this place to my family. Super friendly and clean facilities

Because of my absolute hatred of the dentist, it had admittedly been a few years since I’d had a cleaning and they found a decent number of cavities they will have to fill but they were so nice and chill about the whole thing and didn’t make me feel embarrassed about the number of fillings I was going to need to get.
The cleanest & most welcoming facility! I have seen two dentists- both were quick, thorough, and communicated with me throughout my visit. Dr. Alexa even hummed (v well!) through my fillings 😂 She took the extra time to floss my fluoride treatment through my teeth, even though it was a particularly busy morning. Also- the toothbrushes in their guest bags are the best. Highly recommend!
This was my first experience with Tend and it was wonderful, start to finish! Everyone I spoke with was very amicable. My past dental visits have been traumatizing. Leading me to shy away from the dentist for over a decade. Quite the opposite at Tend, the setting was very comforting. I have some complicated dentistry ahead of me, but feel very at ease with Tend. Kiara, the dental assistant, was lovely. The dentist, can’t remember his name, was kind and wasn’t judgmental at all. Tend is a very soothing facility. Love the color decor and the ceiling TV. Your first visit will include a comprehensive exam, a detailed review of your oral health, and time to talk through any concerns or goals you have. We’ll make sure you feel informed, comfortable, and fully supported from the moment you walk in.
We recommend coming in for a cleaning and checkup every six months, which is the standard for most patients. These regular visits help us catch small issues—like early signs of decay or gum disease—before they become more serious or expensive to treat.
However, some patients may need to come in more frequently, especially if they have a history of gum disease, wear orthodontic appliances like aligners, or are more prone to plaque buildup. Your dentist will work with you to create a personalized care plan based on your needs, so you’re always getting the right level of care at the right time.
Even if everything looks great, cleanings help remove plaque and tartar that you can’t get rid of with brushing and flossing alone—and they’re key to keeping your smile feeling fresh and looking its best.
Your first visit is designed to be both thorough and welcoming. Here’s what it includes:

- Digital x-rays for a detailed look below the surface (with significantly lower radiation than traditional x-rays)
- A gentle, professional cleaning tailored to your needs
- A one-on-one conversation with your dentist, who will walk you through any findings, answer your questions, and create a treatment plan if needed
We’ll also review your dental history, talk about your goals (whether it’s improving your oral health or brightening your smile), and give you time to ask questions—without feeling rushed.
The environment is designed to feel calm and spa-like, so you can relax and actually enjoy taking care of your smile.
Call us at 212-257-3455. Just make sure to do so more than 48 hours before your appointment time. If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours in advance, we’ll have to charge you a $50 fee. If you don’t make it at all, we’ll have to charge you a $100 fee. This is because we reserved that time specifically for you, and our appointments are in high demand.
