The staff was amazing and courteous. I was not expecting the “Welcome” greeting on the monitor when I arrived (5 ⭐️).   • OMG!! They are spotlessly clean, very efficient, and pleasant. And that was just the check in! It is a beautiful place, I walked into the exam room and there was a big screen TV that announced "Joseph, this room has been prepped just for you!" The dentist did everything to make me comfortable and the service was amazing. I needed a follow up, and instead of 6 weeks I have my appointment in 4 days... and I am actually looking forward to it. THAT is the first time I have ever said that about a dental appointment. OH, and I have to mention the best end table for a dentist office I have ever seen.

  • I’m considering making these guys my permanent dental office. The front-end of the establishment is immaculate; I like how there’s noise cancellation and the color theme and style. I like how they let me brush my teeth before my appointment starts. I also like how their employees don’t make me feel like my time and money’s being exploited lol

  • Everyone was so professional and pleasant. The studio is very clean. They thoroughly check you and give you all options for your treatment, explaining everything! The staff is friendly and they make sure you are very comfortable. I’m looking forward to bringing my daughter in as a patient as well.

  • The facility at Tend Dental Williamsburg is amazing — I absolutely love this place! The doctors and staff are truly impeccable. I used to be terrified of going to the dentist, but the team here makes you feel completely safe and at ease. The modern, welcoming vibe of the office takes away all the usual stress of a dental visit. I can’t recommend Tend Williamsburg enough — they’ve completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist!

  • I was really nervous because I hadn't been to the dentist in several years. My Hygienist Jose was super kind and explained everything to put me at ease. The Dr. Tara was really nice as well and was really understanding and didn't shame me for not having been seen in so long. The whole process was really easy and efficient. I highly recommend this for people who are nervous about the dentist.

  • This was my first time coming to Tend and I will certainly be back. I was worried about feeling embarrassed since my dental health hasn’t been the best recently, but the entire staff met me where I was at and gave me a plan to move forward with better habits, all without feeling an ounce of shame. Kimberly and Fanny at the Front Desk were very helpful and welcoming when I arrived. Yanet the technician was wonderful and explained everything she was doing very clearly. Demariss the hygienist and Dr. Hong were so warm and made me feel comfortable and encouraged. Thank you, Tend Clinton Hill!
