Tend did a great job in properly and thoughtfully updating how people experience dentist appointments. Truly modernized to avoid any headache with getting an appointment booked. As a new customer I had a quick and seamless process when I arrived with minimal paperwork. The east village location was bright, clean, and welcoming. Staff was great from the assistants to the doctor. Service was top notch and I’ll be going back for additional work.

This was the best cleaning of my life! No joke, I want to go back there tomorrow. The BEST ‘going to the dentist’ experience I have ever had. Went for a general cleaning; the office was beautiful, the staff was nice and knowledgeable and I left with a great bag of goodies. It is really true that the practice is centered around the idea of ‘comfort’- I felt like I was at a spa in all honesty - There were amenities everywhere. Would recommend to any of my friends.

I don’t have enough good things to say about Tend. I have had a history of dental anxiety but now for the first time in my life, I look forward to going to the dentist. Everyone who works there, from the front desk staff, to the hygienists to the dentists and orthodontists are all kind, welcoming and knowledgeable.

I just started going here and I'm very happy. The doctor really explained things in a way that helped me understand what I was facing and why it was important to fix it. The lady who did my cleaning was careful and caring, and the staff at reception were nice and welcoming. The spaces are nice-looking and very clean. Very good experience overall!

Great experience from start to finish! Loved the tv on the ceiling! Everyone was extremely kind and made me feel relaxed and welcomed. My cleaning was complete in under an hour! Ive never left a dentist appointment before like this… where my day is already a little better and Im truly happy and even joyful!
