Farrah Zanganeh

Farrah Zanganeh is the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Tend, where she leads the company’s recruiting strategy with a focus on operational excellence, exceptional candidate experience, and building high-performing teams that support Tend’s continued growth.

With nearly two decades of experience in talent acquisition across healthcare, beauty, and dentistry, Farrah has built and scaled recruiting functions for high-growth, multi-unit service-based organizations. Her expertise spans clinical, retail, and corporate hiring, employer branding, and designing equitable, data-driven hiring processes that enable organizations to grow with clarity and consistency.

Prior to Tend, Farrah held leadership roles across fast-growing service-based businesses, where she developed talent strategies, strengthened organizational capability, and partnered closely with executive teams to support expansion into new markets.

Farrah holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from California State University in the Bay Area. She is known for her collaborative, people-first leadership style and her ability to create scalable, values-aligned systems that elevate both candidate and employee experience.

Outside of work, Farrah is passionate about traveling the world and spending time with her three dogs. She supports local animal rescues and enjoys Colorado’s outdoor adventures, including hiking, paddleboarding, and snowboarding..
