He earned his dental degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine School of Dental Medicine, and has built a reputation for delivering thoughtful, patient-centered care.

I was extremely nervous upon arrival. Turns out I worried unnecessarily, My root canal which was performed by Dr. Alex was absolutely painless. He explained everything the treatment would entail prior to the procedure and I never experienced any discomfort during or after the procedure. The doctor, the hygeinist and the front desk personnel all worked together to make this a positive experience.
The office is a clean, modern aesthetic that makes you feel relaxed. Staff are super friendly, cleaning process felt smooth. Everyone is transparent with procedures and don’t shame you for your health. I look forward to future visits with them.

Tend dental is a spa for your teeth. I visited two days in a row this week and both times, the staff were welcoming, professional, and efficient. Every time I visit tend, I never have to wait, the staff is always on time. The entertainment system is so great, I have to remind myself I am in the chair for a procedure, not just to be entertained. For my 2nd visit, the email said the procedure would take 50 minutes, and that is exactly how long it took. Tend is truly the best dental office I have ever been to.
I’ve had a fantastic experience at Tend. I have had very high dental anxiety throughout my life and once I communicated this to the team we talked through a plan to keep me informed and comfortable with the dental work I needed to get done! Tend LIC is a clean and inviting office space that changed the way I feel about the dentist. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Under Dr.Park and Iberkka’s care, I felt relaxed. Best dental office experience I have ever had. HANDS DOWN. They have top of the line tech which made everything such a smooth experience, but mostly the staff goes above and beyond to be helpful and kind—from the front desk associate to the dentist all around great treatment. My dental hygienist, Kim was so attentive and you can tell he truly cares about his job. He went above and beyond to make sure my concerns were addressed even though I arrived a little late (someone give him a raise ASAP!!) Did not feel like they were pushy with any treatments that I may not need like other dentists. Truly will be a client for life.
I recently joined as a new patient. I got a cleaning, and then a few fillings shortly thereafter. My experiences have been amazing. The staff are very friendly and welcoming yet also professional, you get to watch TV while they're doing the work, the office is very modern and elegant, and I especially felt welcomed as a queer person. My experience was wonderful. Staff and dentists are all warm, caring, and nonjudgmental. The best part was definitely the cleaning process, where my dental hygienist...was able to remove all the build-up on my teeth that had accumulated over a long period of time meanwhile minimizing the pain. Your first visit will include a comprehensive exam, a detailed review of your oral health, and time to talk through any concerns or goals you have. We’ll make sure you feel informed, comfortable, and fully supported from the moment you walk in.
Your first visit is designed to be both thorough and welcoming. Here’s what it includes:
- A complete dental exam to assess your teeth, gums, bite, and overall oral health
- Digital x-rays for a detailed look below the surface (with significantly lower radiation than traditional x-rays)
- A gentle, professional cleaning tailored to your needs
- A one-on-one conversation with your dentist, who will walk you through any findings, answer your questions, and create a treatment plan if needed
We’ll also review your dental history, talk about your goals (whether it’s improving your oral health or brightening your smile), and give you time to ask questions—without feeling rushed.
The environment is designed to feel calm and spa-like, so you can relax and actually enjoy taking care of your smile.
We recommend coming in for a cleaning and checkup every six months, which is the standard for most patients. These regular visits help us catch small issues—like early signs of decay or gum disease—before they become more serious or expensive to treat.
However, some patients may need to come in more frequently, especially if they have a history of gum disease, wear orthodontic appliances like aligners, or are more prone to plaque buildup. Your dentist will work with you to create a personalized care plan based on your needs, so you’re always getting the right level of care at the right time.
Even if everything looks great, cleanings help remove plaque and tartar that you can’t get rid of with brushing and flossing alone—and they’re key to keeping your smile feeling fresh and looking its best.
Call us at 212-257-3455. Just make sure to do so more than 48 hours before your appointment time. If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours in advance, we’ll have to charge you a $50 fee. If you don’t make it at all, we’ll have to charge you a $100 fee. This is because we reserved that time specifically for you, and our appointments are in high demand.
