Which Tend Dental Plan is right for me?
The right Tend Dental Plan for you depends on your dental health care needs. The Standard plan offers two dental cleanings per year, while the Premium plan includes three. The Perio plan is advised for members needing ongoing gum disease treatment, deep cleanings, and regular maintenance visits.
During your first visit with us, we'll discuss your needs and budget together and recommend the plan best suited to you.

Can I combine my insurance plan with a Tend Dental Plan?
No, you can’t combine insurance with the Dental Plans. The membership plan is an alternative to traditional insurance. If you don't have insurance, we can advise you on which membership plan option will save you the most on dental care.

Are there enrollment dates with a Tend Dental Plans?
No, you can sign up at any time. The plan starts immediately upon signup and continues for one year from your enrollment date. There are no deductibles, annual limits, or pre-authorizations needed. This plan is not considered minimum essential coverage for health insurance.
