I switched to this practice because I wanted something closer to work. The dental hygienist, Ranai, is phenomenal. She was thorough in her examination, gentle while cleaning my teeth, and easy to talk to. The practice was clean, and there was minimal wait time. Dr. Khan is fantastic as well.

I turned to Tend after my tooth became very painful and I could not get a same-day appointment with my regular dentist. From the reception area to the exam room, the Tend team was very responsive, professional, and efficient. I’m usually anxious when I go to the dentist, but they really helped me relax. Great team and service.

It was great. I had some urgent issues that needed to be addressed, and they were able to get me in, check my insurance, verify treatment, and provide a plan beyond just the immediate needs. The staff was lovely, and the space was clean and calm. Pretty ideal!

Getting my braces done here is honestly one of the most exciting parts of my week. They are patient, kind, and careful. I worry about pain, but without fail, the gentleman and the doctor who work on my braces do a wonderful job. I always tell people where I get my braces done because this is the best place to get them. Thank you for always having the best people here.

It was wonderful. Everyone was so professional, friendly, and engaged. The facility was clean, sparkling, and soothing all at the same time. I also love the TVs on the ceiling with programming you can choose from, along with headphones to help reduce any noise or discomfort. Dr. Kim was extremely knowledgeable and answered questions I had been trying to figure out for the past couple of years almost instantly.

It's recommended that most patients come in for a cleaning and checkup every six months. These routine exams help us catch small issues, such as early signs of decay or gum disease, before they become more serious and, in many cases, more expensive to treat.
However, some patients may need to come in more frequently, especially if they have a history of gum disease, wear orthodontic appliances like aligners, or are more prone to plaque buildup. Your dentist will work with you to create a personalized care plan based on your needs, so you’re always getting the right level of care at the right time.
Even if everything looks good, professional cleanings help remove plaque and tartar that brushing and flossing alone can't eliminate, and they are essential for keeping your smile feeling fresh and looking its best.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at (571) 543-3161. Please let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment time. We reserve that time specifically for you, and our appointments are in high demand, so we appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule.
You can also log into your profile on the Tend Dental app to make any changes needed, including cancelling and rescheduling.

Flossing once a day is one of the simplest ways to protect your smile, but there’s a little more to it than just going through the motions. Here’s what dentists recommend, why it works, and how to make it part of your routine.
Choosing a dentist for your family is a decision that shapes how your kids will feel about dental visits well into adulthood, and how easy it is to maintain your family's oral health over time. So instead of asking, “Which dentist is closest?” a better question might be: Which one actually fits how we live?
What if feeling exhausted wasn’t just “part of life”? For many people, treating sleep apnea is a turning point. one that can lead to more consistent energy, clearer thinking, and a renewed sense of feeling like themselves again.
