How to care for your new veneers

  • Brush and floss as you normally would.
  • Wear the night guard we provided you every night.
  • Remember that anything that could chip a regular tooth could also chip a veneer, like chewing pens or biting nails.
  • Avoid very hard foods, like hard candy or frozen candy bars. (Semi-hard foods like apples or corn on the cob should be perfectly safe.)
  • If you play contact sports, wear a mouthguard.
  • If you ever have an issue with your veneers, we will see you ASAP.
