Matt Pruitt

As Vice President of Technology at Tend, Matt Pruitt oversees the company’s Technology and Member Experience teams, driving innovation and operational efficiency across all touchpoints.

With close to 25 years of leadership experience, Matt brings a strong track record of building scalable systems and high-performing teams across healthcare, retail, and manufacturing.

Before joining Tend, he held leadership roles at national healthcare and retail organizations, where he focused on multi-unit operations, solution design, and continuous improvement. A relationship-driven leader, Matt is known for his collaborative style, thoughtful problem solving, and commitment to both service and team growth.

Outside of work, Matt is a devoted husband and father. He’s a published writer and lifelong reader of classic literature, an interest that informs his human-centered approach to leadership and technology.
