Payments for Tend Dental Plans are made upfront, with the full annual fee due at the time of enrollment. There are no hidden fees, sign-up charges, deductibles, or annual maximums.

No, you can sign up at any time. The plan starts immediately upon signup and continues for one year from your enrollment date. There are no deductibles, annual limits, or pre-authorizations needed. This plan is not considered minimum essential coverage for health insurance.
